The rubber port collapses

I love this cartridge and the taste of the vape oil seems cleaner to me than others I have used. My problem is with the rubber port. When I try to open it, it often falls in and I have to use an earring post and tweezers to dig it out.

Frustrating

The silicone closer came off of the pod I was using. It's still good but I can't use it
