PACT Act - Why we can no longer sell products online.

Although we are unable to sell products online, our retail storefronts are still open 7 days a week! Please come see us in person if you're in North Florida! Click here to find the location nearest you.

We know this is short notice, but we weren't
planning for these changes for months.
The PACT ACT presents problems for all online vapor shops from 2 positions. First is the purposefully burdensome monthly state and federal filings. Under the PACT ACT, any company shipping vapor products must first register with the ATF and the taxing authorities for any states they are shipping to. Monthly reports will then be required to be filed in each state which must include order details such as customer names, addresses, products ordered and costs all arranged and organized by zip code.
Over the last few months we have been working tirelessly on finding ways to adapt our current systems to these new burdensome requirements. But, despite our best efforts we have still found no solution to the 2nd problem presented by the PACT ACT. All major shipping carriers, UPS, USPS, DHL, and FedEx, have made public statements announcing they will no longer be handling vapor mail. Unfortunately, we haven't found a way around this problem. Until the industry finds a shipping partner willing to step up and deliver our products no businesses will be able to legally ship online vapor orders.

We understand that after the deadline of March 27th, some of you will no longer be able to shop with us. And for that, we are so truly sorry.

For those of you in the Jacksonville area, we are working on ways to make switching from online purchasing to in-store as easy as possible.
